Richard J. Gonzales has over 42 years of trial experience in both state and federal court. Rick started his career as an Assistant Pima County Public Defender and also served as a prosecutor in the Pima County Attorney’s Office before going into private practice in 1980. Rick has also served as a Judge Pro Tem in Pima County Superior Court; as a Magistrate in South Tucson City Court; and, as a Special Magistrate in Tucson City Court. Rick Gonzales is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona; U.S. District Court of Arizona; U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and, the United States Supreme Court.
